04 - The Tone

Sometimes it is not what we say but how we say it — the condition of our hearts

speaking louder than our words. Two people can say the exact same sentence, and one

leaves peace behind while the other leaves wreckage. The difference is never really the

words. It is the tone — and tone is not a communication skill we can fake for long. It is

heart condition, audible.
